Custom face LoRAs keep one character consistent across every format, which cut revision cycles 40%.

Three years of weekly video production across two YouTube channels. Ran one end to end, from topic research and selection through production and publishing, with the client approving each topic and the final cut. Produced videos for SOTY Family (488K subscribers) and grew the managed channel from 1K to 5.6K subscribers, with a video at 371K views.
